This website is a journal of all my experiments with fitness and health. I recently began my journey with nutritional ketosis. I have also been intermittent fasting for quite some time now. I believe both are great tools for optimal health. I am currently using both as a means to drop my body fat percentage to a goal of around 8-10%.
I am fascinated by the subtle hormonal benefits of each of these systems and how they might help me pack on lean muscle mass. I’m all about optimization. I believe that many small changes may not seem significant individually – but together add up to something bigger.

- Supplements - There are many supplements out there. Maybe too many. Which one’s are worth it? Here I’ll talk about the supplements I have used and which one’s I’ve found to be keepers. I’ll talk about not only bodybuilding supplements but also general health supplements, like fish oil.
